I’m very picky about my hair, and the stylists are great, but the manager is a horrible person, the stylists don’t get treated the way they deserve!

Great haircut. Great service. I’ve been going there since they open in 2012. Consistent service and consistent haircut. Used the online checkin to checkin. Makes it easier than waiting in the lobby. The stylists have always been very friendly and helpful. Even though my haircut is pretty straightforward, I always walk out happy. I have also gone to the Great Clips salons in Modesto and Manteca.

I took my son there for his first haircut. He is 18 months old and was not fussy at all the whole time. The lady that cut his hair in the other hand was very rude and unprofessional. She had a rude nasty look on her face the entire time and was getting annoyed that I was taking pictures of him. Sorry lady I will crop you out of them I don’t want your face in them anyways. I will never be going back after such horrible service. That lady totally ruined an experience I should have enjoyed.

The manager Janette, is a complete stuck up snob. She’s very rude. The employees look like tweakers, and their hair cuts are worth 0 $ not 14 $.

I go to Great Clips if I need a quick haircut. So far I’ve never had to wait and always receive great service from friendly staff. Most of the gals that work there seem to be new to the industry but they are creative and skilled.
