They catered our wedding and were really unprofessional. They couldn’t get the keg going, forgot ice, and didn’t realize they would be expected to cut the cake. They also were not dressed for a formal event like a wedding and were rude to a few of our guests. The food was good, but a lot of people ended up getting room temperature food by the time they got up there.

This guy catered my wedding about a year and a half ago. It was really nice because Chris did a tasting for us so we could sample his food before we made a commitment. We had to pay for the tasting, but it was totally worth it and it was enough to feed 5 people.
Overall, the food was fantastic! We had the tri-​tip and chicken with potatoes, salad, and veggies. The appetizers were also awesome. He made this stuffed endive that was blissful.
We still get rave reviews about the food at our wedding from family and friends. I would definitely use Chris again for a catered event.
