Sonora Auto & Truck Dismantling

Sonora dismantling is a small dismantling yard with a good selection of older trucks. Actually they normally have the parts I am looking for. BUT I would rather drive out of town than deal with the front desk help. I called a few times looking for parts that I needed for a few projects, when I did I was told that someone was going to see if they had the parts in stock or on a vehicle out back. About 10 Minutes later I was called saying the parts I needed were not there (easy to find such as a fender). Well a few days later I was passing by and wanted to see what parts they may have around the yard, and I was greeted by who I assume was the same lady who I spoke with on the phone. She was extremely rude the entire time, and put off the vibe that she couldn’t be bothered with my questions or providing any help. After I got permission I went back into the yard and guess what, I FOUND ALL THE PARTS I HAD REQUESTED EARLIER!!! Are you kidding me how can you miss a fender on the EXACT truck I asked for one off of? OK so I was super pumped about finding my parts and vowed to come retrieve them when I had tools. On the way out I picked out some tires, I took those tires to a shop had them mounted and found out one had a leak, so I called Sonora Dismantling and the same female picked up and basically told me to take the tire to a tire shop because they would not do anything to remedy the leaky tire I had just bought. The shop has the potential for being really great (there was a very helpful man in the yard who was willing to help me).
So I changes this rating from a ONE star to 3 because I called back this past week and was treated much better over the phone. So I went in to look for a part I called about and had a much better experience. So give it a shot, and see how you fair.
