Waters Plumbing Heating & Air

I had a water leak in the bathroom wall and called Waters Plumbing after trying two other plumbers and only received their message machine. Bill Kemper was on call that Saturday and he was here twenty minutes later. He found the problem, cut a neat hole for access and solved the problem shortly thereafter. I highly recommend Waters Plumbing and will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Extremely satisfied with both the quality of work and customer service this company provided. When scheduling, Justin was very responsive and friendly and informative about products. After listening to our needs, he made good recommendations and accommodated our tricky schedule in sending someone out.
Our technician, David, arrived on time. It took him 5 hours to complete the job… Which was half the time it took another company in a previous experience we had. He was very friendly, and personable. He also did excellent work! We got a nice, new, tankless water heater, and David hauled away our old leaky tank heater free of charge.
Would definitely call these guys again, and recommend to anyone in the area in need of this type of work.

We had an underground water leak in our side yard with water starting to pool at the surface. Waters Plumbing dispatched Guy Cole who quickly identified and resolved the problem. He showed us the plumbing that failed and clearly explained the repairs. Price was reasonable and Guy was very friendly and professional. I will not hesitate to call on Waters Plumbing again.

I would love to have said that Waters Plumbing did a great job for us, but sadly we couldn’t get past the vague bid. Justin came out to the house and was very professional. We liked him and his ideas a lot. When the bid came a few days later, the work was detailed (along with notes about «client supplied vanities, shower enclosure, etc) but had a $ 6700 price tag for what was described as two or three days of labor. There was a tankless water heater included in the bid (the only appliance they were going to supply), but when I checked prices on the model that was quoted it turns out that cost on that was only $ 1400 of the bid (including shipping).
My problem with the company is that they refused to tell me what the $ 6700 was for, and then proceeded to snottily add that «perhaps I’d be better suited to a handyman, or a cheap contractor». I still have no idea why they would not break out the bid. I have remodeled 3 homes and know that it’s not cheap to have it done right. I simply asked to know what portion of the bid was for labor vs. materials.
I would not recommend them unless they can replace the condescending and rude woman who does the bids with someone who understands customer service and is willing to simply break down the bid between labor and materials.
I would give Justin (the plumber) a great review, but the woman in the front office was rude, condescending and unprofessional.

Waters is highly professional and efficient from the wonderful lady Debbie that I spoke on the phone to make an appointment to the technician Bill. A/​C was fixed quickly and with no hassle. I would highly recommend them. Unilocal helps save the day again!

Okay, I have to admit that I used Water’s Plumbing because of the name. How can you go wrong with «Water» in the name of a plumbing company. And, yes, there is a Mr. Waters.
I was very happy with the service. I have had them out twice to work on repairs on my fixer upper. Work was completed in a timely fashion, came in with in the estimate they gave, and received some extra advice on how to do a few little things myself.
