I’ve seen Brittany four times now and each time I’ve left with a great, new hairstyle that matches whatever lifestyle I’m trying out. I’m pretty low maintenance and often go long stretches before I come in for a trim. Brittany always takes this into consideration giving me styles that will grow out nicely and never gives me a cut that requires a lot of prep in the morning to look great. The first time she colored my hair she offered a free second appointment to make any changes I wanted. That way I didn’t make a drastic change that I would regret later and was able to gradually make a switch. Amazing service! Plus she texted me to see if I wanted the second appointment! Not many stylists would go out of their way to offer their labor for free!

After fighting my wavy hair I came into Feather salon and was happy finding all the stylist embrace the wavy/​curly hair! Since my first hair cut here to now getting highlights I highly recommend this salon to anyone straight. Curly. Wavy or short hair. All the stylist are terrific! Give them a call you won’t be disappointed!

Erin! Erin! Erin! What more do I need to say. An amazing stylist with the heart of gold. So glad that she listens to what I want, but puts her own touch to make it even better than I imagined — above and beyond service!

I love this salon! I drive all the way from San Francisco to get my hair done with Gillian. All the stylist there are very talented and the products they use feel amazing in my hair. Best salon in Santa Cruz!

Artists and highly skilled technicians have a knack for taking your rough ideas and creating a fantastic end result that is beyond your initial expectation. Gillian’s styling techniques place her firmly in this category of excellence. She turned my mop of hair into a cute, stylish cut with versatile bangs! I was happily surprised to find a less «heavy» feeling but still had good length. She listens to well to your requests and has a skillful manner that I have rarely experienced with past stylists. I also enjoyed the artistic designs and wood carpentry throughout the salon. I definitely recommend Gillian and this salon.

This salon is very posh and a wonderful place to get your hair done. I’ve only seen Nadine and she is a doll! Such a pleasure to be around and a true professional. She has a way with color and does a cute cut too… I’m so happy to have found her!!!

5 Stars! This place is clean, small, designed very polite. Brittney is amazing! Everytime I go in there I am in desperate need for a touch up and you come out looking amazing! Happy, friendly and she truly cares about your hair and its health. I love how excited she gets the more and more she makes your old hair turn into a masterpiece!

Against the advice of pretty much every wedding planner website, I put off booking hair and makeup services for my wedding day because I didn’t even know how to begin finding someone. When I finally contacted the stylist my venue recommended (Shawn Calvan), she had already been booked, but she recommended that I try Feather Salon. What a great recommendation! Erin and crew were FANTASTIC.
Erin is so fun to work with! She seemed to intuitively get what style I was looking for (and I am terrible at describing hairstyles). She was able to come to our hotel room to do my hair (and my bridesmaids’ hair) the morning of the wedding. My bridesmaids hairstyles turned out amazing — classic and on-​trend all at the same time! I’ve been a bridesmaid in several weddings, and I’m probably biased, but I think these were the best wedding party hairstyles I’ve seen. And I LOVED my makeup — I felt like Grace Kelly on my wedding day, and couldn’t have been more happy with how everything turned out! I plan to enthusiastically recommend Feather Salon to my friends.

Tried this place on a whim… Has a very clean & inviting environment. Britney did an amazing job. She was very knowledgable about different hair types, etc. and used some great techniques to fix my hair’s quirks. Best haircut I’ve had in years!
