Jim Koch Painting

I called 3 painting contractors for my home — one was booked out 6 months and the other 2 came out within 2 days of my call. Both were professional and close in price. Jim Koch was a little higher in price — but it was so worth it! One side of the house had a lot of damage and he did the extra steps to clean it up and preserve it! The extra cost will save from having to get new siding on the house! His crew was wonderful — friendly and professional! My neighbors have given me several compliments on my house and one was wowed by the results!

Jim helped us prepare our home for sale. We had a large wooden front entry door that had been exposed to the elements for far too long, and look horrible. Jim and his team spent several days preparing and restoring the surfaces, and then applied several coats of an exterior varnish he highly recommended. The entryway looks fantastic now, and nobody would believe the before/​after transformation if we didn’t have photos to prove it.
After working on that project, Jim took on a long punch list of various projects inside and out – repairing various damaged surfaces and blending in the finish paint to match the existing surfaces. He did this with inside and out, on wooden cabinets, textured drywall, wooden doors, stucco, gutters, etc. He carefully matched colors and textures throughout. Our place looks great, is ready for a new owner.
