Master Cleaners

I have been going here for about three years now and I have to say customer service is incredible they are so nice and they do such a good job! They always want to make sure that you’re satisfied and if there’s any problem at all they’re happy to resolve it. It’s one of those few places left that are family run and they really care. I highly recommend them!

I have used Master Cleaners several times over the years and I have always found them to be very good. I have used them for dry cleaning and alterations. I am always happy with the results.

I have used Master Cleaners exclusively for the last 5 years. They consistently provide an excellent service with friendly courteous customer service. Master Cleaners have also completed alterations with expertise at a reasonable cost. I recommend them to my family and friends.

This place is unethical. I brought my wedding dress here to be pressed a week before my wedding, to be picked up the day before. The lady at the register gleefully unzipped my garment bag to show me my dress, and we both fell awkwardly silent. There were black skuffs on my wedding dress. I was in total shock. I told her I was sure they weren’t there when I dropped it off, and she actually told me it was no big deal and I would hardly pay attention to it. The scuffs would most certainly show in photography. They were at least 2 – 3 inches long and half an inch wide and black. I was in such shock that I paid her the $ 65 and walked out. I started crying, not knowing what to do. My husband (fiancé) Walked in and insisted she refunded my money when I told him what had happened. She told him we were bad people and would regret this. I’m compeletley dumbfounded at how you can aknowlage that you have dirtied a brides dress-​the most expensive and important dress she will ever wear, then not only still charge for the pressing and not be accountable for what you have done. Especially when you’re supose to be a CLEANER. I’m still in disbelief.

Hands down the best in the area, I have been going here for almost 2 years and they have always taken great care of me, and at a affordable price!

We’ve used this dry cleaner often. They’ve been consistently reliable, professional, and always do an excellent job. Service is above and beyond what would be expected. Highly recommend.

They saved the wedding! My (young) friend had ordered 4 bridesmaid dresses from a lady in Romania! They arrived looking like they’d been drug across the Atlantic by a twenty mule team! They were ruined! Soaking wet and ink stained and some kind of oil/​grease stain on the front, with only two weeks before the big day the bride was super bummed! Mr. and Mrs. Kim at Master Cleaners worked for more than a week on them! I was shocked and thrilled when they called and I saw they had restored the dresses to perfection! And they only charged us for a regular cleaning of 4 dresses! Amazing! They are truly «Master Cleaners»! Please, give these people your business! You won’t be disappointed!

Went here based on high recommendation from my neighbor. Had a TON of dry cleaning to do. The lady was very busy but still handled my mound of clothes with patience and friendliness. On top of it, I went to pick up my clothes yesterday; racing to get there by four (it was Saturday). I got there about 4:10 and she was already in the parking lot, leaving to go home. She saw me, though, and acknowledged me. She knew I really needed the clothes but I didn’t want to inconvenience her (my fault I was late). She insisted on re-​opening her store, starting her machine and computer back up and getting me my clothes… all with hospitality and kindness. Awesome. You don’t find that anywhere anymore. AND… my clothes that were crumpled up for months look AMAZING.

They always do a great job with alterations and cleaning. A little pricey, probably due to the location. But, worth it since they do a great job!

I haven’t ever gotten anything dry cleaned here, so I can’t speak to that service, but they’re great at alterations!
I have taken a number of things in to be altered — from nice dresses to shower curtains — and they have done a great job each time.
The seamstress is always very nice and asks questions to clarify exactly what I want done, even if I’m not sure how to tell her when I walk in the door. She has also been very accomodating when I bring something in at the last minute.
Their prices are always extremely reasonable and everyone is always quick to help and super-​nice! I’ve seen them offer help to other customers’ cars when they’re picking up their dry cleaning and they have a large load, plus they always offer me candy from their little bowl on the counter.
I highly recommend this place for alterations and wouldn’t hesitate to bring my dry cleaning here if I ever needed anything dry cleaned.

Starting with 3 stars. Too soon to give them any more. I brought my clothes here because I saw the good ratings on Unilocal.My first time here. I just took my clothes. The lady who received my clothes was kind and professional. I like it! Easy in and out…

I brought in a suit jacket, four or five shirts, and a pair of pants. Total cost: around $ 50. The clothes were clean, perfectly pressed, and starched just to my liking (I asked for light starch on the shirts). And it’s true, this great service is delivered with professionalism and a smile.

We’ve been going to Master Dry Cleaners on 41^st Ave. for over 20 years. The owner always greets us by name and makes me feel like a valued customer. We’ve never had any problems with their service… the clothes always look great afterward. We’ve very happy with them and would recommend them without hesitation.

I’ve been happily taking my cleaning here for close to 15 years.
The main reason I’m writing this review is because of the less than optimal reviews posted. Honestly I can’t possibly imagine that these other people go to the same cleaners I have been going to for years.
I’m treated with nothing but respect. Most of the time they round down on the bill to my benefit… so the reported purposely cheating a customer goes beyond my belief.
Anytime I’ve had an issue, which is very rare, they’ve taken care of it with full professionalism and top notch customer service. I happily refer friends and family and as far as I know they are all happy customers as well.
Perhaps the complaints are more an issue of some people look for problems and others look for solutions.

I have used Master Cleaners for years and am always greeted with a smile and my clothes always come out great they even fix small things as they notice them like a loose button in the days of fast and furious this business still prides themselves in customer service.

I take my items there every time I need dry cleaning. The creases are always great and the service is good. The lady behind the counter is always pleasant and she does an excellent job with repairs and alterations. I never have a problem if I forget my ticket either. Great place, great service, great cleaning. I recommend them to friends and family.
