It’s unfortunate that there is not a NO STAR rating for this unsavory character ! More than unfortunate I had not known his reputation prior to purchasing a home from him ! Robert R. is spot on in his review. It’s fitting to add, however, «If you MUST go into a contract with this person, seek an attorneys counsel before you sign! » BUYER BEWARE !!!

Very professional atmosphere. The employees have great insight on rentals, commercial and residential. They seem very organized and are very personable. When I went in there to see what kind of residential properties they had available for sale and for rent the did not try to sell me on anything, nor were they rude like most property managers are. I would recommend these people in a heart beat. Not sure why there are 1 star reviews.

Civil code section 1950.5. Read it very closely before you begin any contract with this guy and after you end it. He will break every rule of it and charge you for everything possible, all with a smile on his face thinking that he is in the right. Currently disputing with him over deposit reimbursement and am not getting any responses relative to our concerns from him. Will update after dispute is over

If I could give less stars I would. REG will take your money and smile while they leave you without heat, or plumbing. I can not in good conscience recommend them for anything. Dealing with Russell and Julie has been very stressful. This company will have no problem putting you out of your home in the middle of winter when your heat or plumbing fails. In my case both failed within a couple of months of each other and instead of finding me alternate accommodation they gave me a notice to vacate.
You have a choice to do business with whomever you chose.
When it comes to renting a home… be very careful and choose honest people who work for legitimate companies that handle themselves professionally.
Try Bailey, or Coldwell Banker first.
