We had our air conditioner quit working– I called and got Bill who happened to be the owner. Within two hours he had one of his techs at the house and diagnosed a small problem. They did not try to up sell me a new condenser. Simply replaced a couple parts — serviced the unit. Great service– reasonable rates– great job

I have inspected and tested Santa Cruz Mechanical’s work for builders and the local building departments. The work is excellent, and the ducts are among the tightest I’ve ever tested. The company is also a pleasure to deal with.

So our heater went out and we were referred to Bill at Santa Cruz Mechanical. Bill was very easy to get along with and very helpful. In fact he found that the previous repair company had made a mistake and he even took the time to kindly explain the problem to the first company. Long story short, Bill was able to have the other company cover the repair AFTER the fact. Bill knows what he’s doing and he is one of the few who genuinely cares about his customers and you’ll find his reputation is well deserved. This guy is is definitely going in the phone and glad we got to work with him.

Our furnace died in the middle of a cold snap and I called around to the top rated heating places. Of course everyone was slammed but these guys squeezed me the day after I called.
The owner came out and he was very nice. He told us we didn’t need a new furnace and strongly encouraged us to keep it as long as possible since parts are readily available for our model. It needed a new motor and fortunately he had one at his shop. So he retrieved it and installed it right away! He also made an effort to save us money by saving a part that had rusted on the old motor but was still functional.
He gave me some tips about selecting filters as well which was very helpful.
I really appreciated him getting the job done quickly and without trying to upsell.
I would definitely call these guys for future furnace maintenance.

Abel got here and was very sweet and professional. He got the job done in a good amount of time and we haven’t had any problems since! They were really good about getting back to us when we called and set up an appointment right away. Bill was nice enough to explain exactly what was going on with my heater and what they were going to do. They were clean, quick, and I didn’t feel like I was ripped off which is killer for me! They are definitely my go to for my heating problems

We initially called them out to install an air conditioner last summer, did a great job, so helpful. My family has insanely bad allergies and they told us about this new indoor air thing they do so we gave it a shot. It’s freaking awesome! They come in and do a test to see how bad the quality is of the air in your house, all of the bad stuff your breathing in. Then they install something to clean it out, six months later they did another test and it was insane! I would highly recommend this if you have kids that allergic to everything like mine are, pets dander, dust, etc.
