Customer service was terrible as well as the four days I had to wait to get my computer back. An extra $ 125 on my end because of their employees carelessness.
Employee here caused me to have to buy a whole new operating system because they ripped the key for my windows operating system off of my computer without care.
Be very wary of bringing anything here…

Had a slight internet problem on my phone
this morning. I stopped in for help. They were patient, understanding, and helpful. Had me running again in 5 minutes and out the door smiling.

North Wales, PA
I am a huge fan of these guys. A knowledgeable, quick-​acting group that typically remotes in and solves my prob in 15 mins, occasionally 30, rarely more. I am way happy to have them handle my IT stuff. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We have started to by our PCs through them, and use their off-​site backup services, too, which seem to work just fine. Hourly rate is respectable, but you rarely ever buy a full hour.
