I cannot say enough good things about Custom Coach & Limo (and John V, the owner). We have rented buses from Custom for several years in a row to transport over 100 people from NYC to a retreat in CT. The buses are clean, comfortable and reliable. John provides outstanding customer service to our group. He is responsive with his communications and flexible in meeting our needs as a non-​profit organization.
I would definitely recommend Custom Coach & Limo to other groups like ours!

I had used Custom Coach a while back traveling from NJ to NY for an event. Their bus was very clean and the service was great. After a long day of being out in the sun the bus driver had given us ice cold water. (even though it was not included in our package) He was very nice to us and made sure we were all satisfied.
They had no problem waiting for us even though we were a little late.
I had a good experience with them.
I would definitely recommend this company.

I highly suggest going with another company. After sending in signed credit card authorization forms and waiting for six hours for a response, they called at 5pm the night before departure and told me the van I’d reserved for the company trip was no longer available. Poor communication and response time. Look elsewhere.
