Great place. Very friendly and honest staff. I went to get 2 front brake pads and an oil change, they quoted my $ 160 and the final cost only came in at $ 140. I highly recommend John’s, its the only place I go! They are very efficient as well.

Recommended by a friend and after a few visits I thought I found my go to mechanic close to my home. Man did that sour quickly. I have an older car and I don’t enjoy the Dealer prices for maintenance. My engine light came on recently and my car was running rough. I pulled up to the shop and noticed that they were busy so I patiently waited for someone to acknowledge my presence. After a while the rotund fellow who works in the shop came into the office and didn’t look too happy about me being there, something I noticed the last time I was there. I told him I just needed a quick diagnostic on the computer to let me know what the code read. He told me I would have to come back the next day because they didn’t have any time to check it. I told him that the last time I was there he gave me an attitude as well and that I didn’t appreciate it. His response to me was «Whatever dude». I couldn’t afford to miss any time from work the next day either so I was forced to go to the Dealer. John Auto Center lost a customer that day and the sad thing is that I don’t think they really cared that they did. Being in the customer service business myself I am fully aware of the importance of repeat business. It is the reason I get a paycheck every week and I NEVER take it for granted, Jim S. Not sure about other services there but they are incredibly friendly people who helped my mother with her flat tire both times she got one over the last few years and they have always been very quick and reasonably priced.
