Taco bell is like crack — even when you know it’s bad for you, you can’t stop going back. This is the closet taco bell to me and I’m glad it sucks cause I stopped eating as much TB. The staff is a step slow and the whole place could use a shakeup. For what it is, you would expect a good portion of food and a clean atmosphere to eat in, but you’re not going to get that here.

Wish zero stars could be a rating. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. I’ve decided to stop going to this Taco Bell, or any, indefinitely after my last several bad experiences. There is no point giving business to this company when they obviously don’t care about their customers. My last time at this location was almost 2 weeks ago. They had a good deal on their ordering app, which allows you to order in advance and custom modify anything you desire, so I decided to give them another shot despite having poor experiences at this location. What a joke! I ordered extra meat on everything because they are known for being extra skimpy lately whenever I order ANYTHING. When they handed me my order I noticed there was no side of salsa or sour cream in the bag for my quesadilla. I asked and they said they put it on the quesadilla. Kind of stupid but I didn’t make a fuss I just explained that the app didn’t have a section to ask for it on the side and they said no problem and remade it. When I got home the rest of my order was cold and mushy. The steak wrap barely had any meat in it and the guac tasted worse than the paste they serve at Subway. The cheesy gordita crunch had barely any meat on it, and NO spicy ranch sauce on it. Which is what makes it so good. The crispy shell inside the gordita was also mush, as if the whole thing had been microwaved. The only decent part of the meal was the chicken quesadilla. Thankfully I realized the mistake they made on it before I drove off so it could be fixed, or that woulda been a mushy mess as well. I immediately sent my feedback to Taco Bell about it and on their social media. Still haven’t received a reply back yet. So it’s blatantly obvious they could care less. They’re more concerned with the design of their new site and app than to pay attention to customers negative feedback. Just cause they offer a half off promo code on the app does not mean they should half-ass the food. This is why it is commonly referred to as «Taco Hell». Save your money.

I like Taco Bell, I really do. But this one is managed really horribly. My brother is a proud breakfast defector and was dying to try out some of their items. Mind you this was a Saturday morning around 10:30. They were already out of breakfast biscuit tacos and managed to mess up my order. It was a long wait and someone in the drive thru sold out the rest of one of their items. At that point, they decided to simply stop selling breakfast and turned away sad/mad customers who wanted breakfast. Is this a way to do business? It’s a shame because they have interesting items but this is a location you can skip out on.

Got 12 pack they up charge me 8 bucks on top of the 14 for the 12 pack… I get everything on them… all tortilla and shell… horrible never again… next time I will make them at home ! #fucktacobell

Well it’s last night a Sunday night around 8:30. Usually I use the drive thru however the line was long so decided to go in, what a mistake! There was about five other people in front of me and it must have been the full moon every order was like taking an exam! The people ordering didn’t seem to know what or how to order a dam taco! Come on people! The cashier taking the order was just way to friendly and happy like if she was smoking some good weed. Don’t get me wrong very nice person just too personal if you ask me. Why do you need to know what or where the people are coming from and what made them come in? Come on for a dam taco what else! I am from NYC originally but man there was this on guy from SINY can tell by the accent, nothing wrong with it but he asked what a Doritos taco looks like and can he see one made? WTF? There is a picture on the board! He takes ten minutes to order a hard taco, soft, and a drink come on and the cashier is bullshitting with him. Anyway twenty five minutes later my turn(I’m an idiot for waiting but my son wanted taco bell) so after all that she goes thought he same shit hi, what brings me here? And I proceed to order two 12 pack taco and a doritos taco to go. She asks is that to stay? I got so upset nd asked her do I look like I am going to eat 24 tacos without a drink here tonight after waiting this long? She looked at me like I had two heads. Maybe I am just being to harsh with this experience but man I have never waited more then five– ten minutes total in a fast food joint. Even white castle they cook to order and never waited this long. The cashier is nice but needs to tone it down a notch so the line can move.
