Talkin’ Heads

Just had a full head of highlights and color done, I absolutely love my hair! Patty was awesome and discussed in detail every thing I wanted. I will never go anywhere else!

I’ve been going here for 4 years and this is the only place I’ll go to get my haircut – Nichole is the best! They always cut as much/​as little as I ask for – one inch actually means one inch – and I have always left an appointment satisfied& happy. Would recommend to anyone !!

I had my wedding hair and make up done here and wait a disaster. They only set 1.5 hours of time for my entire appointment. The time her next appointment came my hair was not even in place. Her next appointment was giving her dirty looks and she kept apologizing. They quickly threw my hair up and my veil was put in place with two bobby pins. By the time I got home the veil and the hair was coming out of place and dragged down my ½ up and ½ down hairstyle. My updo was not secure and I had terrible pictures for my wedding. I have been in 12 wedding parties and had formal GLAM done all around NJ, but this place was by far the worst I ever received. Unfortunately it was my wedding day this happened. Knowing how important a bride’s day is, she should have rescheduled her next appointment or had someone else finish me. She did my long hair updo in 15 mins and I do not suggest anyone going here. My makeup was so so. My eye lashes were glued horribly as my eye was actually glued closed at 1 point and she didn’t want to fix it.

So I went back the next day after calling and complaining. They re did parts of my highlights to a darker tone, which looks way better than before but after they washed my hair she didn’t do a full blow out which was upsetting because I paid a lot of money yesterday so they should’ve honored another blow out that I originally paid for. It wasn’t my fault the girl messed up my hair and even admitted to being upset that she let me walk out the door looking like that. i honestly don’t think I’d come back here again after this experience but I will give them one more star for not trying to get more money out of me.
