This has to be the worst Kmart ever! The employees are so rude and the store is dirty. Don’t even try to use the bathrooms there. I think the NY train station is cleaner than their bathrooms! Disgusting!

I had one reason for coming here and after over an hour I walked out disappointed. The associate at the customer service desk was very polite and helpful. I was sent to the electronics department(if it even qualifies as one) and was greeted by an associate right away. So far so good right? Nope! He said«hold on I will get someone who works in this department to help you. So I waited, and waited, and just for fun I waited some more. Finally I’m about to walk away someone shows up. He has absolutely no idea what I am talking about. Pulls out the wrong items not once but 3 times. Finally he says the dreaded words«I’m going to get someone else» and walked away. Waited 10 minutes, gave up and went to Sears. Had no problem at all. Also it was a weekday afternoon, so I’m not sure where everyone who worked there was hiding out.

I was definitely not impressed with this store. I was shocked to see such high prices in a K-Mart, no wonder they’re getting killed by Walmart and Target. Just about everything I looked at was higher priced than other places, even shampoo, razors and deodorant. I doubt that I come back here, unless there’s a real big sale on something that I need.

Haven’t gone to K-Mart in years mostly went to Walmart or Target but i was driving through the area and needed to pick up some basic household items and after walking into the store it finally hit like a 18-wheeler as to why i don’t shop at K-Mart its a complete and udder mess nothing is in the right place its like trying to find a needle in a stack of needles, finding a sales associate to get help is another challenge in its self, finally found a employee and asked for help she just pointed to the other side of the store and said its somewhere over there like seriously somewhere over there, women don’t you work in this unorganized maze of misplaced products and poor customer service and the day i went i was actually surprised at how many people were actually shopping there or at least attempting to mostly spanish people that spoke no english not saying thats a bad thing but to trying to get pass someone who doesn’t understand much or nothing at all was a struggle but the only thing i actually experienced here thats positive and its not hard to see why is that there is plenty of parking, oh for the items i was looking for didn’t find them and ended up at the Walmart in Seekoek.

I just stopped at Kmart to pick up random items for a Caribbean trip. They had water bottles with filtration system inside, snorkeling gear and a beach cover-up. The exact things I was looking for. After stopping at Walmart, target, CVS, etc. I came here last and should have stopped here first. The staff were extremely helpful walking with me around the store to help me find what I was looking for. I will definitely be shopping here again.

This is a rather sad place to visit. I remember walking in as a kid and seeing a Slurpee machine and the spell of popcorn with miles and miles of stuff. Now, it is not sure if it is a Wal-Mart or a Target. Well, certainly not as upscale as a Target. So the up side, they have lots of product and the prices for the most part are on par with if not better than Wal-Mart. There is their fare share of, ‘if this gets wet it will fall apart’ items though. Staff has always been friendly and it a clean place, but it is a little dark and can look dingy.

We came to destroy, but they appeared to have suffered tragedy and are nobly rebuilding with what little they had left. I have seen others of this tribe before, and this is the best of the bunch. They are only as disheveled as the local Walm-arts, who themselves seem a step below the Tar-jays. That being said, I cannot see the K’marts surviving much longer. They attempted to dictate to the market what it could and could not do. The market torched their village and laughed all the way back to its longboat. A 3? More like a 2.5. Ample enough supplies if ye must, but there is nothing to draw the roving looter here, and some departments seem slightly bare or disorganized.

When did Kmart become so… downtrodden? I remember shopping there with the family as a kid — the bright colors, ample toy section, everything a store should be. Fast forward 15 – 20 years, i stopped in to pick up a sympathy card, and i felt like i needed a shower after leaving. The store had an overall dingy feel, and the employees weren’t rude, but certainly didn’t seem to be paying much attention to the customers.
