That was the worst food and customer service we have ever had. I thought the last time I was there was bad, but if Rich the…“manager” greets your RUN!!! Food was WAY OVER cooked. The order was totally wrong. We waited forever. The food finally came and with 4 empty glasses and over an hour later some one dropped the food still not right. As a matter of fact way worse. Burnt and didn’t offer a refill. DONE. NASTY PLACE, DISENGAGEd MANAGEMENT, not a choice on the south side again.

A couple years ago I probably would’ve given this Applebee’s 2 stars — I never was a fan. But my boyfriend and I decided to give this restaurant another chance after avoiding it for years and we were pleasantly surprised. The entire restaurant seems to have undergone a makeover, including the food quality. Appetizers that used to upset my stomach are now served hot and fresh and satisfying. Cherry limeade was very yummy, they serve it with slushy ice, like at Sonic. Our service was above-​average as well, our waitress even brought me a free ice cream dessert when she overheard it was my birthday.

For this type of restaurant — the food and service is so so
