1 star is too high of a rating. This company is a joke. I bought my house and the previous owners used ever dry and had a lifetime warranty. Now I know why they sold! My basement floods multiple times a year. I takes them WEEKS to get out for any repairs. They have a complete lack of concern for the long delays or poor quality of work. This company is an absolute joke. Stay far away
