Master Care

When we moved here from California, we realized our carpets were quite grubby. The Master Care team was wonderful — so friendly on the phone, great with scheduling, and kept us updated on the timeline. They came and picked up the rugs when they said they would, and dropped off the rugs when they said they would — with a busy schedule, I definitely appreciate timeliness. When they realized that we might want the extra pet «sealing» process for our carpets, they called us to talk over what that meant and the price difference. They treated us with professionalism and care, and I have no hesitation in recommending them for any carpet cleaning needs!
Our carpets look and smell great! I was so impressed by their services that I even called them back today to schedule a duct cleaning for the house (see previous reviews for why I had to schedule this), and they were, again, friendly and professional on the phone, and were able to squeeze me in at pretty short notice. I’ll update this review after their duct cleaning is complete to let you all know how their services are with that too!
