McCaffery Lighting

I had an appointment two weeks ago with a staff member here. We spent a couple of hours picking out fixtures for my home that I’m remodeling and have a budget of $ 10,000 for lighting. She assured me that she would email me pricing and pictures so that I could show my other half. I called her a week after our appointment as I had received no email and thought that perhaps I had missed something. She returned my call and admitted that she hasn’t emailed me yet. It is now two weeks after our initial meeting and still have not received anything after making it clear that I’m ready to move on making purchases and need to get items ordered as soon as possible. I’m disappointed and feel like I’ve wasted two weeks of construction time to have to start over with a different company now.
I recommend shopping elsewhere if you wish your time to be valued.
