If I could give them negative stars I would. I went to the one on Main St in Mishawka Indiana. My appointment was 10/22/2015. It is now 12÷3÷2015. I have no new glasses and out all the money. I returned my glasses twice immediately after receiving and both times the lenses peeled. Of course they acted like I caused the damage. I am currently waiting on my refund. I had to force them to put it in writing that I would be receiving a refund. Of course they couldn’t do it themselves. I also had to call my insurance company to verify who gets back the portion of money they paid. I am limited to conditions of insurance as to how many times a year I can purchase glasses. Insurance has yet to be refunded. Very poor business practice. I guess they don’t care they could of had numerous new patients because we all share are good in network doctors. Doctor Faust was amazing. Best eye doctor I have ever been to. Its really to bad because he lost a lot of potential patients because of the poor customer service!

It turns out they charged me for something that they also submitted to my insurance without telling me. They finally gave me a reimbursement after several weeks and sent it to an address I had told them was no longer valid. Also I specifically asked for a copy of my glasses and contact prescription, and the receptionist told me that they were the same, and sent me off with a paper that turned out to be just a glasses prescription. Seriously avoid this place. They are very bad at communicating and definitely cut corners.
