Minus — below ‘0’, Totally NEGATIVE. Old people working, they need to be removed and replaced with the New Generation. They don’t want to do anything to meet customer satisfaction. The two old ladies acting like bosses, they’re mean, and telling that it’s a private store. I think terminating them will be better for them, they will have more time to play bingo!

Absolutely horrible prices compared to USPS and FedEx. They don’t tell you about the mark-​ups they can make up. I dropped off a packed, labeled, ready to send medium box and it cost $ 31 to send it two states away. Avoid this rip-​off company at all costs… unless you have a lot of disposable income!!!
