SLOW, very, very slow, from the time you place an on-line order until the time you receive the order is at the very least 2 weeks. You will not get any updates on the status of your order, either from Working Person’s Store or online if you look the order up. Will not order from them again.

Working Person’s Store has a nice on-line website where you can purchase work clothes, uniforms, boots, etc. I like the brands that they carry and I especially like the customer ratings and feedback. You can gather great information about how an item is sized and how it wears before committing to it. I ordered two garments and work boots. They all fit great. The pants were even hemmed to an odd length. They offer 1″ increments on length. The shopping cart, check out and tracking and e-mail confirmations are as good as any high volume on-line seller. The only issue I had was that I never received a 10% discount code which was promised when I signed up for e-mail alerts. I almost didn’t place the order but a searched on-line for discount codes and found one that worked. I will order from Working Person’s Store again.

This was our first experience with the Working Person’s Store and we won’t be coming back as a customer. Our purchase arrived in reasonable time and we like the products they offer, but their customer service is horrible. We had issues with our account, after having registered online, not being accessible after having placed our order. When the item arrived, it was too small and customer service was contacted. Not only were they abrupt, but did not stay on the line long enough to help with our account problem. We had trouble with the barcode they sent for return, and, after more calling and similar abrupt endings with customer service, we finally just packed up the return and addressed it without the barcode and sent it back. The unresolved issues required multiple phone calls and not one of them resulted in satisfaction with our problem. We did happen to find the same item at another site for $ 40 cheaper, though, which reminds me to «look before you leap» when shopping online.

They shipped my order to my billing address instead of sending it to the shipping address. Now I have to pay the postage to send it to the correct address myself. They need to be more careful with things like that. I understand that it could have been just a human error. That’s why I give them 3 stars and not 1.
