Zolman Tire

I got new tires and an oil change. A few days later I noticed that there was an oil spot where I normally park. I drive a Scion xB and there is a gasket on the oil plug that regularly gets lost during services. No big deal. I wasn’t mad or anything. I called them up to let them know. I was told bring it down and we will take care of it. Not only was the gasket there. But they replaced a couple of burnt out bulbs. I went to pay and was told there weren’t any charges. I told them I was more than happy to pay, since they weren’t at fault of anything, but they refused to bill me. Thanks for that.

I cannot say enough about the superior service provided by Zolman Tire! It’s great to have such a wonderful, local, family owned business that simply gets it!
While they have multiple locations (all are great), my favorite is Monroe St. in downtown South Bend and is my regular location. Heidi and Dave are both great and will do whatever is necessary to get you back on the road again.
I made the mistake of going elsewhere for an oil change once (see my Drive & Shine review for the story) — no one beats Zolman’s service and rates. My regular oil change at Zolman’s is $ 28. Drive & Shine charged $ 60 which included a $ 10 coupon for the exact service and then lied in attempts to sell unnecessary service.
We own three vehicles and have purchased multiple sets of tires, regular oil changes and a variety of other services from Zolman’s over the years. They are always fair and honest. If they can’t fix it or know of someone else that can do a better job for a better price, they will send you there.
Don’t waste your time going elsewhere — it doesn’t get any better than Zolman Tire!
