Wow what a disappointment! Small town on a busy highway — you really should do better.
Major competition on the opposite side of 23 was closed so we pulled into Arbys … and what a disappointment!!!
First the store was FILTHY! Yes, we were on the tail end of a lunch rush … but honestly … CLEAR and WIPE DOWN your tables … and at least sweet up the trash off of the floor! Empty the trash cans and clean up the drinks /​sauce area. Just disgusting!
Second … again … end of lunch rush so I do understand you get busy … but it took FOREVER to take our order … and then FOREVER to MAKE our order.
I do love the curly fries — they were fresh and hot and good. The sandwich was good as well … but … not good enough to overcome the state of the store or the time it took .
Such a shame as I was looking forward to a change from the ‘usual suspects’ … but very disappointed by this experience.
