If you’re looking for great cardio (bag class), an awesome workout (cross fit), or practical self defense (krav maga), please check out Hard Target in SoBo, you won’t regret it.

The owner of this particular Krav Maga studio, Derek, is wonderful. It is a great atmosphere that encourages growth in all ages and abilities. It is good if you are just looking to stay in shape, but also something that you work on every week. Its a good deal– unlimted classes for a monthly fee!
