I ordered a chicken finger meal. the salad came with the chicken and was hot. the fries were cold and soggy. i also had order chocolate cake. i was not advised there were nuts on them, it wasnt on the menu either. there isnt too much of a way around this but the cake had been tossed around very badly and there was frosting all around the container where it had gotten stuck. i will not be ordering from there again. the people on the phone also had an attitude. i dont care if you are busy take time for your customers.

After living in New York for the past 8 years, I didn’t think I’d find pizza in Boston that could compare to what I became accustomed to enjoying. Well, I’m happy to say that Village Pizza has exceeded my expectations! The pizza is delicious! Nice thin crust, great sauce, and lots of fresh cheese. I haven’t ventured outside the pizza yet because it’s just so good, but am looking forward to seeing what else this neighborhood gem can offer!

Seems to be a reliable delivery joint in Southie! Had the Chicken Parm dinner delivered, and the guy even brought it up to the apartment door. Woo!
The chicken parm was great. Was it the best I’ve ever had? No. But I would certainly order it again.

This place is amazing! Great neighborhood feel and the owner cares about his customers. Awesome food and huge servings. The guy Armando who works behind the counter is very cute! I suggest the cal zones, they are massive and delicious.

Fast, delicious and best pizza in Southie by far. Being from NY, I’m really picky and particular about my pizza, and Village gets it right My favorite menu items are the buffalo chicken pizza, chicken bacon ranch pizza, buffalo chicken calzone and the steak and cheese. Delivery is fast (if I’m feeling lazy to walk) and the food is always consistent.

Ive been to Village Pizza various times and EVERYTHING in the menu is great! The chicken season salad is AMAZING, the chicken is ridiculously awesome! If it wasn’t so far away from my house, I would literally eat here everyday!!!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I have been here twice and have left angry both times.
The service is terrible. I asked for a salad without certain things and without even looking up at me, the guy scoffs from behind the counter «the salads are already made, you can pick out what you don’t want»
Then I ordered a caeser salad, was asked by the cashier what kind of dressing I wanted…“caeser???”. When I got home, I had ranch dressing.

Pizza is Italian and good. Potato cups are not traditional potato skins but are really yummy if you’re looking for greasy drunk food. Buffalo wings are GREAT. Service is good, quick delivery, too.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. When I received the pizza all of the sausage and cheese where off the crust and on the side of the box. So I called to see if they could send me another one or refund me and the guy on the phone said he doesn’t have time for me and hung up. Will never order another pizza from there In my life.

This is a corner local pizza place so the environment is exactly what you think it would be.
But the Pizza is really really good. I have been here a few times now and i am pleasantly surprised every time. If you like Italian pizza I would definitely recommend and I would go back in a heartbeat

I keep reading that everything but the pizza is great and now I know why. It just doesn’t taste like anything but dry bread even with several toppings. Mozzarella sticks were alright though and delivery was very fast.

Favorite delivery spot in Southie! BEST salads! They don’t skimp on the meat whatsoever, the entire salad is covered with chicken. The also have some of the best pizza; I had the village specialty pizza and loved it. Great place of you’re looking for delivery in Southie.

The chicken pesto dish is amazing and can be delivered right to your door on those cold winter nights. It comes with garlic bread as well! The best part is the portion is big enough to have for 2 or 3 meals!

Best pizza in southie! The crust is perfect and the toppings taste fresh. The pizza is a step above take out pizza. I got the Pleasure Bay pizza, if you like veggie pizzas I would highly recommend it.

I’ll cut to the chase. Great food, great quality at okay prices. Be careful ordering their XL pizzas, they are massive! Calzones are a little bit hard the next day but the taste is on point. Their delivery is always within a reasonable period of time and their delivery guys are friendly.
