Bourne’s Service Center

They are great to work with and the service is fast and quick and they have free WiFi! The prices and explanation on the invoice are reasonable, maybe even low but not the lowest.

It was my first time coming into Bourne’s today for an oil change and an inspection. They were very friendly and accommodating! I have gone to a few other places around the Burlington area before, but I think I will continue to come here for the good service and a job well done.

Called up this morning to see about doing a pre-​purchase inspection and they were able to get me in this afternoon. Unfortunately, they didn’t get to my car for over an hour later than my appointment, but they did a fantastic job on the inspection and gave me great advice.

I have been coming here for years and recommend this shop to everyone I know. Before finding Bourne’s I bounced around from other shops that seemed a little less expensive but consistently told me I needed work that I really didn’t need. I’ve never had that issue here and have always been impressed with the timeliness of the service, the work that has been done, and the price of the repairs and maintenance.

This is a honest, quality shop. My whole family uses their services for all routine maintenance and I highly recommend them.

I have had terrible luck finding a good mechanic. A lot of one time visits in the five years I’ve owned my car. I’ve brought my car the last 4 or 5 times to Bourne’s, not only for fixes but now for routine maintenance. I was told they were expensive, but for every major fix I have called around and they have been one of the lowest if not THE lowest. Because they own the 24 hr gas station in front of the shop, you can drop off and pick up your car any time. I’ve never had to bring my car back because of a bad fix like at other places. They are really friendly and helpful, but sometimes very wishy-​washy about scheduling, which is hard when you work full time. That aside, I hope nothing goes wrong because I would really like this to be the last mechanic I ever have to go to!
