Bret did a great job of selling my house in a difficult Charleston market. He also did a great job negotiating a separate contract involving the buyer’s desire to move in prior to closing.

Bret has been our realtor for years. He has been the best at listening to what we want, and finding it. When we closed on our house, it was a much smoother experience than I expected, as well as heard it would be. He even suggested people that would give us better deals with mortgages and home inspections.
