Way over priced, unethical and unresponsive. Terrible experience. Received an estimate for $ 1,000 to clean 1.5 floors of a house. Was in a bind and I agreed. When they sent me the «estimate» it was 20−30% more than the verbal one she gave me at my home. I called and asked about it. Got a very rude reception and was told the manager was unavailable. They were due to come clean the following day. I called 4 times to no avail, even asked to speak to the owner as nothing had been confirmed.
