These folks are excellent to work with. My vehicle went off the road during icy conditions and they went to the tow yard where it was sitting & picked it up and let it stay there until my insurance adjuster was able to come inspect it. Modern kept me informed every step of the way. And the woman who answered my initial phone call to them was so very kind and put my mind at ease. My first conversation with her alone decided for me that this was where I wanted to bring my car. And when I got it back the car was immaculate inside and out. Thank you for your amazing customer service. I’ll def recommend Modern to anyone who needs collision work!!!
