Not friendly service. Called and left a message for them. We could easily get what we needed from online or just order another tv, however we thought it would be nice if we gave a local shop our business to avoid the shipping hassle and to save a little money and avoid throwing away a large tv over just a lamp. We were ready to even pay a little more. The business called back the next day, which was good until I was greeted with a voice that I felt was anything but helpful or kind or cared about my business. Very demeaning to me as a female. I was treated to feel that I didn’t know anything and that my husband didn’t know the part he wanted right off the get go. Very short conversation due to the tone of the person’s voice. Felt like the person wanted to do anything but call back and get a sale. We have had the issue before with the tv and knew exactly what we needed and it wasn’t necessary to be treated with such careless disrespect.
