If you like hops, this is the brewery for you to visit. The brews are great! The facility is a tad small and the tasting room/store suffers from too much rapid growth/interest; it was just hard to move around and enjoy your tasting with so many people around waiting. High potential though; we saw great things and hope they grow and respond to demand.

While there are no tours, there are tastings, and you can take a growler to go. We were lucky enough to get a taste of each of the four beers available, as one keg kicked while we were there and everyone else got 3 tastes. Beers were tasty, but not a place to linger as there are no seats, no pints and no bathrooms. Worth a drop in, but not for an entire afternoon.

Decent brewery with friendly staff. This is a tasting only brewery and you can buy grawlers or large canned beer to go. They can the beer onsite, which is pretty cool. When we visited, they had 3 beers: Kolsh, IPA, and Stout. All decent beer, my favorite was the Kolsh, very flavorful. The stout was also good, but a little bitter. While I’m not an IPA fan, my husband said it was very good. Beware that they don’t have patron restroom and they only open 4 – 6 pm in the weekdays, plan ahead.

New-ish addition to the Cape micro-brew scene. The highly cool logo and the names of their beers are an homage to the Cape’s history. I give the beer a 4.5, but the tasting room leaves something to be desired. A bit too small and tastings are only accommodated at a standing bar… Only tastings are served — no pints. Also beware that there’s no restroom, so plan your intake accordingly. Flight of four 5-oz pours for $ 5, with an option to buy(but not use) a tasting glass for an additional $ 5. Growlers available(NB: they only refill their own growlers; first time I’ve come across this, but a fellow Unilocaler indicates this may be MA state law), but they hand-can 32 oz «crowlers» while you wait. Cool idea, but one of ours began leaking on the way home, so keep ‘em upright. Beers tend toward the hoppy side. The IPA was outstanding; ESB, Kolsch, and a Citra Table beer were very good.
