Bath Fitter

I am at a home in Uxbridge Ma. where a bath fitter tech. installed a tub overlay. The homeowners kitchen ceiling is destroyed because the overflow on the back of the tub was never hooked up. Bath fitter not only left an open pipe behind the tub they also did not even drill a hold for the over flow to attach to the tub. I guess they thought no one wold notice. The homeowner was charged $ 5,000.00 for this install and her ceiling is now destroyed from water damage. I’m sure no permits where pulled for this job because it is not to code. This is pathetic and this is not the only Bath Fitter job I have come upon which has been a health hazard and/​or a disaster waiting to happen.
