I was promised security in the form of a locked gate. When I signed up the gate was not working properly BUT I was assured it would be fixed. When I went to store the vehicle, the gate was still broken. I didn’t think it was fair that I pay full price when I was promised security services that were not delivered.
I called extra space and spoke with Dan (the owner I think) who told me that if I didn’t like it, I could go somewhere else. He refused to adjust the price and was extremely rude. I’d enjoy seeing Dan speak to me like to this to my face. BEWARE stay away from this place and Dan.
