Honey Dew Donuts

After a Poor Experience at Subway Next Door, I bought 2 bottled drinks at Honey Dew Donuts !! There was no prices marked on the bottled beverages in the coolers and after waiting 10 minutes to pay while one 16 year old girl ran the place on a Saturday at Noon Time, I was told that 2 bottles of Gatorade came to $ 4 something !!! Really Honey Dew !!! My First Experience in a Honey Dew and Probably My Last !!!

I love Honey Dew Donuts, but this location is my least favorite, and it’s all because of the service. I usually go through the drive-​thru and the employees don’t bother me as much, being as it’s a quicker visit than going inside, but the 2 times I have gone in to order coffee & donuts were anything but nice & breezy. One early morning on our way to the beach, a friend & I stopped in & the woman who took our orders was very snippy & unwelcoming. I get that it was early on a Sat morning during the summer & who wants to be at work… but really, I’m in customer service too & you gotta do what you gotta do. Another afternoon, my husband & I went in for Subway & he wanted a special coffee from Honey Dew, so he walked over to the counter and was helped, rather rudely by an woman in her 50s/60s…I could even hear & see her confrontational body language from where I stood at the Subway counter. Apparently, my husband ordered something that they were all out of & had to make another decision… as he frantically looked over the menu quickly as possible for his 2^nd choice, the woman rolled her eyes & sighed, probably due to the growing line behind him & no other employees around to help her. Sorry lady, not his fault… again, it is what it is & this Honey Dew IS NOT customer friendly.

came in here a couple days ago. the staff was super nice and we chit chatted for a few minutes. everything was clean. coffee was a little weak for my taste but i tend to like really strong coffee. donuts looked good but i resisted… this time

Great donuts.
But when I order a cake donut here I usually order a stick. Their round donuts taste like they’re baked.
Also, the vanilla cream donut is very bland. This is odd, since they do put a ton of cream in it.
But, overall, I’d have to call this a very positive donut experience.
