I’m a new customer and picked up a few new handguns. Great experience overall. Brian and staff were very accommodating and expertly answered my questions. I would suggest everyone stop in and say hello. Like all privately owned gun shops, you have to do your homework. My experience was no pressure sales, where I came back and made a purchase. Three purchases actually in the same week! My kind of store. if they pressured me. I wouldn’t have returned.

This place is loaded if you are into AR or AK’s /tactical. The guys know their stuff but if you are going there to buy do your homework. Know what you want and know what you are willing to pay. They are friendly but are also salesmen. The prices are high but they will negotiate if you have a clue what you are talking about. Overall my experience was good and I would go back.

Great group of people, knowledgeable, no hassle, great selection of firearms but they charge you a leg for it because they know you can’t get what they have anywhere else. Cash is king!

This is pretty much my exclusive shop. The only reason they didn’t get a 5 star is because price. Regardless, if you need useful information, friendly staff, and access to pretty much anything then you go here.

Save your money. Go to four seasons in Woburn. Why? I took my trade to zero hour. They gave me a range for the trade amount depending what I was going to buy. First the trade value is what it is. Its not purchase dependent. Second the trade value was 75 dollars less than what I got from four seasons. Next the gin I wanted to buy was 50 dollars less at four seasons. Here is the kicker. I live near zero hour; they knew this. They lost an easy customer. I could have driven 10 min to zero hour, but I drive 45 min, get what I want fairly and at a great price.

Zero Hour Arms is hands down the«coolest» gun shop in the area. The theme at Zero Hour is «Tacti-cool.» You’ll find lots of Evil Black Rifles(EBRs), lots of Soviet rifles, and lots of surplus hardware. They’re great at carrying hard to find handguns(HKs, Colt Deltas, Kimber 1911s). Last time I was there I nearly tripped over a brand new Bushmaster .50BMG rifle. And they have reasonably priced ammo stacked to the ceiling. Over the years I’ve picked up several solid firearms at terrific values, including two Ruger 10/22s for under $ 100 each, the infamous Mosin Nagant M-44 for $ 90(including ammo), and a genuine Series 70 Colt 1911 for $ 500. The recent redesign and expanded retail space has done wonders for the shop’s layouts. Their selection of accessories has definitely improved since the expansion. They have a solid website, and they’ve started maintaining their inventory of used firearms online. But the other reason I like visiting Zero Hour(besides drooling over all the cool toys) is the friendly, laid back atmosphere. The guys at Zero Hour act more like hosts and less like salesmen — they allow, and encourage really, patrons to come to the shop just to ‘hang out.’ There’s a big couch and a TV in the shop. They’re always showing off their personal firearms, happy to hand out their latest acquisition for everyone to check out and drool over. And as a result you never have trouble getting good customer service here; there are always a handful of friendly non-employees floating around the shop, happy to answer your questions and add their two cents to the already good advice you get from the shop. Note: The shop is located a short way down Renker Drive, which is more a half paved, half dirt driveway into an industrial park than it is a road. Google Maps and most GPS devices won’t register the road. To find the place, search for Turnpike St, South Easton, MA — it’s off Turnpike St. about a mile south of 123.
