Cvs/ Pharmacy

I just started going here. I like how the service was fast. They employees were nice and professional. It wasn’t the best I’ve seen, but it wasn’t bad either. I easily transferred my prescriptions here from another pharmacy and they filled it quickly. When I went the Tech did all the stations on her own since it was just her and a male pharmacist. They are definitely understaffed. But the service so far has been good. I have used the drive thru more than walking in since I have noticed they help you quicker in drive thru. I think if management would allow more staff on duty then the customer service could grow from that and I would be able to give 5 stars. But for now I think that its lacking that one star from perfect. I will continue to use this pharmacy, and update my review if anything changes.

A huge shout out to Teresa who was working the front cashier. I had locked my purse in the car with my keys and cell phone. She was nice enough to let me use the phone to call my mom and the auto club. She was very friendly.

I have had issues with this Pharmacy before, but today’s beats all. Becky is the rudest, most unhelpful person in the pharmacy. Seriously, it doesn’t take much to just show a little professionalism even if you hate your job. GO TO WALGREENS people. CVS is going down the tubes…

Do not waste time trying to get a prescription filled here. I’ve tried 4 times (only because I live so close). 3 times they didn’t have what I needed and wouldn’t until days later. The last time I was told my prescription was not filled because I was a new customer and they weren’t sure I would come to pick it up. Seriously. Just go to Walgreens.
I had to select a star to post this but they really don’t deserve it.

I can tell you that this CVS is the best of the best. Friendly staff. Great Pharmacist and pharmacy staff members!
This is my #1 CVS store.
From buying our everyday needs to getting our medicines. The staffs now recognizes us and are super friendly to everyone.
The pharmacy is even better. I highly prefer 2 Pharmacists here: Anthony and Arturo, aka Art. They are both super friendly and super helpful. They will answer your questions and give you tips on the best medicine to take.
This CVS has everyday. I don’t know why it has such a bad rating.

Bullshii! This cvs has poor management. The employees are not helpful, randomly texting or on their phone while walking around their store, management walking by you without a greeting or smile, long lines at register since they only keep 1 open. It’s pretty much like a «self serve» store.
For the second time, they failed at photo printing. I uploading the images via cvs website hours before I came in. The website said it’d be ready. I even called in before coming to pick up my photos, rep said they will be ready when I get there. LIES! I came in, they said 10 minutes as the images are finishing up printing. MORE LIES! 15 minutes after, they tell me they ran out of paper and can’t print them out at all. What’s the point of «same day pick up»?
Terrible customer service. Not even an apology when I had shown how disappointed and upset I was.
Don’t go here. Find an alternate store.

I don’t know what the previous review is about I feel like I receive the red carpet treatment every time I go to the pharmacy… I never have to wait for any of my prescriptions … The times I have interacted with Art the pharmacist I feel like he explains everything to me and doesn’t make me feel incompetent. I have been there when its busy and slow and have received great treatment. There is actually a CVS closer to my house and I drive the extra 7 minutes because they have Great customer service. The whole pharmacy crew there is great there is no need to ask for a particular person. Even when my mom has come from New York and has forgotten her medications she has been able to get them filled there with no problem. That’s why I give them 5 stars :)

This ONE star is only for a review of the Pharmacy.
Art, the Pharmacist, is so rude! I’ve been going to this CVS since it opened a couple of years back and every time I’ve had to deal with him picking up my prescriptions he is beyond rude. No customer service whatsoever. He actually made me cry I was so frustrated. I totally understand when people working in customer serivce have a bad day… but EVERY time I have to deal with him? Why? Does he hate his job?
When I told him he was being rude he apologized. I wouldn’t be writing this review if it was the first time — its the fourth! And not just me but my daughter and husband, as well, have received poor treatment. I’m not asking for the red carpet treatment, etc. Just don’t bite my head off when I make an inquiry about medications!
When I see him coming to help me 1) I cringe 2) I say a prayer that someone else will intercept and help me 3) I hope that the day I go he’ll be having a good day.
Since my last interaction with him and the store I have transferred all my prescriptions to another CVS. It’s sad because I wanted to patronize, as much as I can, the businesses in my neighborhood. This was a new CVS, convenient for me from when I came home from work and the customer sevice every where else in the store is pretty «ok» (I’d give it 3 stars).
