Iphone Paramedics

I’ve gone to Tommy a few times over the past 5 years for repairs. He’s very fast and professional, usually runs tests to check out other components to make sure everything with my phone is operating well.

Amazing customer service. Dropped my phone in the toilet. Put it in rice for a day then came to them after reading their rave reviews. They were able to completely dry the phone and change my led screen which was half black. Definitely recommend them if you need your iPhone fixed. Another plus is that they were super fast and they were reasonably priced.

Fast, friendly and fair prices. Do I need to say more? Coming back to get my computer fixed.

I used to go to him with my iPhone repair needs before he owned a shop and was working out of his Scion xB. I can’t vouch for anything iPhone 5s and up but when I did need help, he would meet me in the most convenient spots and fix my phone on the spot in less than 10 minutes. Great nice guy, fair prices at the time. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would recommend.

Went back to Tommy this time for my iPad Air. Tommy said he can fix it right away and would take 20 minutes. Customer service is important to me and Tommy does a great job carry for his customers.

This is the only place to go when you need your iPhone or iPad repaired! I dropped my phone down the toilet (a clean toilet) and it completely shut off! Before knowing about this place, I tried to make an appointment with the Apple Store and could not find one in a 50 mile radius with an appointment this week. I absolutely cannot be without my phone and figured it was ruined, and I might have to buy a new one– at full price! Well that couldn’t be further from the truth! I found out IPhone paramedics could fix my problem. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with a fully functioning phone! I would never go anywhere else — great service, friendly environment, and highly knowledgeable troubleshooter!

This place is for BUSY people who get their private affairs done. My phone breaks so often. I don’t know who or what to blame. But phone stores get me emotional, upset, and I have NO patience with service representatives who are slow and have no empathy towards what I’m going through with a broken phone. I come here, its like coming to your cell phone home. Its cozy. You can place your phone on the table look into their eyes and you don’t have to say a word. Tommy gets to work immediately and gets you out so fast that you can pretend it never happened. (Cost efficient enough to do that)

Tommy replaced my iPhone 6 screen that didn’t work, I couldn’t see or open my phone. He replaced it in less than 10 minutes and also gave me a cool phone case! I highly recommend him!

This is THE best place to get your iPhone fixed! How can I make that claim? Well, let’s just say that I’m not the most responsible person when it comes to keeping my iPhone safe. I’m the one who would drop his phone into water, onto concrete, and into molten lava — if I ever got the chance. Regardless of how careful I am, my phone will always be in harms way. I am the guy that keeps companies like Otterbox and LifeProof in business. I am the guy you want to give your iPhone to if you ever need an excuse to buy a new phone. I am the guy who gave inspiration to Nestle’s Butterfinger candy bar, I’m the guy you want to have looking after your chocolate cake, not your phone! On second thought, the chocolate cake might go missing too. Regardless, I think you get the idea.
Now, what does all this have to do with iPhone Paramedics? Well, before I found iPhone Paramedics, I had to deal with extraordinarily long lines and turnover rates. If I got lucky, I only had to wait 40 minutes to have my phone serviced. And believe it or not, I once had to wait 24 hours! What a nightmare that was! Not only were the waits long, but the prices were high. Unless you’re living in DTLA, you’ll have a very tough time finding a reputable iPhone repair shop with a quick turnover rate and brilliant pricing. I’ll let you in on a little secret. Tommy, the founder of iPhone Paramedics is a diamond in the rough! Going to his shop is always a pleasure. Time literally flies by. If there is no wait, you’ll find yourself out of the shop within 10 minutes! If you’re in there any longer, you’ve probably made a new friend. Is there anymore you could ask for?! I think not!
Trust me on this one, Tommy is the person you want to look for when you’re iPhone in need of some help. I’ve gone to him multiple times and the outcome never changes. I always leave as a satisfied customer.

Excellent Fast Service!!! Dropped my phone this morning and yup, my worst fear. Shattered screen!!! Tommy fixed it in minutes!

Tommy did an excellent job! I walked in with a shattered iPhone 6 plus screen at 2:10 p.m., and I walked out with a new screen at 2:22 p.m. He quoted me with a price by text and that was exactly how much I paid when I got there. :)

Needed my iphone 6 glass cover repaired after it shattered. Found this local place. Super quick service. He fixed it in 10 minutes right in front of me. No BS. He also put a screen protector. Total cost approximately $ 100. Wish it would have been cheaper but it was an iPhone 6 and I also paid for the fast convenient service.

These guys are the real deal. I called apple to ask what I should do about my shattered iPhone 6 screen and the best they could do was an in store appointment 2 days from the date I smashed it, and said it would be a 3 hour wait to get the phone fixed. I looked at other options, found this place, called them up, went straight there, and I had a new screen and a free screen protector within 10 minutes at an equal price that Apple charges. These are good guys who know their stuff, and I’ll definitely be back there if I have any future tech mishaps. Warning, this place is cash only, but there’s a plethora of banks around so it’s worth the trip to the ATM.

iPhone 5 battery cost $ 45 to replace. After replacing, battery life approved… kind of. iPhone still dies quickly and suddenly here and there. Have a hard time believing that it’s a «new» battery. But I wonder if something else could be causing my battery problems so I’m giving a higher rating. Otherwise, I probably would have gone two stars.
Disclaimer: Proprietor offered to look at the phone business. Honest business. But I still kind of wish that I had just gone to the Apple Store.

Tommy fixed my iPhone 5 screen in less than 10 minutes and slapped on a screen protector for me. Can you say great service? Plus, I compared prices in the SGV area and his price was the lowest.
When I arrived at the street, I couldn’t find the store but Tommy is located inside a computer repair shop.
