Miller Foam

I’ve bought foam from Miller Foam about 4 times. The first time I bought it from Miller was because it was not in stock at my other wholesaler. You can’t just show, because only John Miller seems to work at Miller Foam and he might be out on a delivery if you show up to buy foam. That’s inconvenient.
Anyway, the third time I purchased a roll of foam from John Miller the foam was defective and the coating would peel up easily when one tried to work with it. I called John to arrange for an exchange. He told me he had some in stock and would exchange it but then called back to tell me they no longer made the foam that I wanted to exchange.
I contacted my other wholesaler at Olympian Foam, who had it in stock, and for 35 percent less.
Then I called the manufacturer in Mexico and they said that they still make the product. I’m guessing that either Mr. Miller was misinformed or was not telling the truth about the product.
Either way, I won’t be returning to Miller Foam.
