I purchased a couple of outdoor lights from SPJ about 3 years ago. The LED drivers failed on the lights — one after 2 years and one after 3 years. I often think that companies are measured by their response when something goes wrong.
When both lights failed, I emailed my sales rep. He was quick and attentive in issuing me an RMA and getting the repaired lights back to me. This was a relatively small order, and the service I received was top notch.
I would definitely recommend SPJ Lighting. They definitely stand behind their products.
