Had a good experience with Stephanie and Christina who got me my new iPhone and took the time to call customer support… they are the only reasons I’m giving this store 4 stars… because when I went in there yesterday the one worker named Rene did not help nor did he take the time to try n help… so props to Stephanie and Christina thanx again.

Was a Verizon customer for a long time but after walking in this store, they were really helpful in breaking down all the aspects of my phone bill and I ended up saving quite a bit of money. So much that I was able to switch all of my business phones over to T-Mobile with no difficulties. Great location and employees.

Ever since they got their new managers on board at the store, it has really TURNED around. They have the best deals for business accounts here. I have been a sprint customer since 2006, and I don’t know why I didn’t switch sooner.
Better plans than verizon, sprint, && AT&T. And they will even help you with a FREE business website.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE they don’t know what their doing, they don’t know how the plans work, they are rude, you ask to add on a feature they don’t do it, their too busy texting on their own phones and gossping to help, too many young kids work there!

The Manger was rude, and told me that it wasn’t a corporates store, manager refused to help me to return my phone and asked me to leave the store. I called tmobile and I was assured that they should have help me and process my return. The manager refused again, tmobile customer service ordered him to process my return, he refused to cooperate with a tmobile corporate, his employees refused to give me his last name. Francesca first told tmobile customer service that she would help me, then she changed her mind, and even denied any previous words.
Horrible place, I don’t recommend this place. Oh other customers in the store also had similar issue

The store supervisor carlos said it wasn’t an actual corporate tmobile store even though it was listed as such on the website. He wouldn’t let me buy the phone for full price with credit card but only cash
