I walk in today, in reference to an international service. Did not get any help not even information of a phone number that I can call to get assistance. Useless customer service at this location. I have been with AT&T for a while, but with this kind of people that work in their customer service, specially a store. I guess it’s time to use another carrier.

Walked in and was completely blown off by a customer service rep. Had to come in since I couldn’t get through to At&t’s customer service line. Every time I call I’m put on hold, wait 2 hours, and then am told that my call cannot be answered at the time, and they hang up. Definitely have been having a bad experience with At&t’s customer service/support. Switched over to Teen Mobile after 3 faithful years with At&t, best move thus far!

The worst place ever, people are RUDE, they don’t care about you as the customer at all. Called to make an appointment the gentleman who answered the phone was very rude about the problem that I was explaing to him. He made me feel like it was my fault.

Literally the worst customer service you will ever receive it baffles me how insensitive the whole staff is to PAYING customers. I’m PAYING for this service right can I get some help??? The current store managers are Nicole and Tim. Nicole is reasonable but multiple times being in the store for problem after problem Tim is an egotistical arrogant belittling prick. They overcharge me «accidentally» CONSTANTLY. probably pocketing money. It is worth it to drive a few miles to a different location ! Tim thinks his job is a joke dancing yes dancing in the store making a fool of himself. WHYDONTYOUHELPTHECLIENTS. NOTTOMENTIONTHECOMPANYATTAS A WHOLEISJUSTTHEWORSTSERVICEANDHADNOCUSTOMERCARESERVICE. This place is a joke. I was lied to about my upgrade status and when my wife called them on it, they refused to make it right. They were rude, and completely unhelpful. I’m stuck with AT&T, but I’ll never visit this store again.

I recently updated my phone as my contract was up for renewal. I came a few days early, but it was absolutely no problem for the service rep I talked to at the South Elgin store to hook me up. The whole process took about 10 minutes, was quick and easy, plus my phone was on sale that weekend. Couldn’t ask for more!

I go in here monthly to pay my bill. I did not realize there was a serious problem with my account. Nick helped me resolve it. Somehow my combined ATT phone/DSL/Wireless bill had become«UN» combined. Nick spent over an hour with me and different acct ppl/departments getting resolution. Thank you for the great service.

Used this location for my last two phones, and adding my wife to my plan. Recently my wife’s phone went in the crapper and I purchased her a «Go» phone to hold her over till her contract was up. She wasn’t really a fan of it. so I attempted to return it at a River North location. and they refused because it was 31 days since the purchase. I called this location and they said they would accept the return, no questions asked. Now I’m a happy camper. My wife’s phone still sucks however.
