The employees are so rude and act like they are on top of the world. The only reason I go here is if I really want ice cream since it’s so close to my house. I understand that this is probably their first job, but there is no reason to be rude, disrespectful and stuck up. Not to mention this is not the place to go if you are in a bit of a hurry, it never fails for us to sit in line for 20+ minutes.

Several years ago I stopped there a couple of times for buster bars, we love them, generally. They were skimpy compared to Chicago Street and Dundee. Never went back until today — The drive thru guy was an ass and insulted me, and there were 7 SEVEN peanuts and invisible fudge. They have lost me again with their greed. I had heard the owner was quite a ‘gem’. He proved it again today.

This is right by our new place and we were excited about that. The soft serve is so dense that it tastes like you are eating a block of flavorless ice. The staff is more than rude in the drive through. Needless to say, we don’t come here at all after 4 bad trips in a row.
