Um you should probably pass. Car will be dirty upon pickup. Inside and out. Touch ups that might need to be done on the spot will be done w a paper towel.

I got a quote for 2 separate repairs on the same car. 1 was going to be paid for by the other party’s insurance and the 2^nd was going to be out of my pocket. I told them on the day of the quote that I can only do the one repair that the other party was paying for and the 2^nd will need to be done at another time cause I did not have the money. Finally got around to bringing my SUV in and they ended up fixing both quotes and then tried to claim it ALL on the other parties insurance which prompted the other party’s insurance to call me. I talked to the other party’s insurance — that did not sound right and by now they were 4 days late for delivery. So I then called this store and asked how much longer. The admin said that they are finished painting and putting back the glass and other parts soon. In shock I said what glass and what paint??? I am only have a small plastic part of the bumper repaired, it’s plastic and why did you need to pull out the glass that is no where near the bumper!!! She then handed me the phone to an estimator. He said we repaired the both accidents at the same time. I told him NO! And repeated myself that I can’t pay for the 2^nd repair and it is not part of the 1^st claim so only fix the 1^st claim. He says, «No wonder the insurance gave him a hard time» I said why did you fix the 2^nd accident I can not afford to pay $ 1600 for it and I told you not to do it in the first place!!! He said that it was a long time ago that I got the quote and he forgot and messed up the order. Not my fault they do not have proper documentation in their system. So he worked out a (what he called) fair price and I ended up agreeing to pay it on a credit card cause I still had no money to cover the so called fair price. I bit my tongue and said I will pick up the car when it is ready. Picked up my car on a Saturday and noticed immediately that the paint that they were not supposed to do in the first place did not match the rest of the car and the bumper was misaligned. IMO, it was a hack job. A new estimator said that it was fine the day before during his inspection and asked me what happened?!? I chuckled and said you tell me it sat in your lot and you guys worked on it. He agreed that it was a horrible job and that he used a refurbished bumper and that the paint was two diff tones. He asked if I could leave it immediately and I said no but I can bring it back on Monday. Dropped it off on Monday and they put me into another rental car which I hope they are paying for. 5 days went by and my car was ready now. I picked it up on a Friday and looked at the redo closely… The paint matched and the bumper was 80% aligned so I just took it home cause I did not want to have them try to fix it again. They claimed they used a OEM bumper and that is why the old one did not line up correctly. This was my second visit. Well guess what? There is a third visit. On Sunday I noticed that there was overspray on the complete opposite side of my car where there was no damage! Can u imagine that? Geez, I went back in that following Monday and he was like «when it rains it pours». I said yep, I have overspray and he did not believe me. I showed him and right away he asked for my keys. He took it to the back and said I will have my guy take care of this right away. Waited about 15mins and the guy came back with my SUV supposedly all done. The estimator looked at it again and saw/​felt more overspray. The worker ended up getting liquid clay and some polish rags and did a touch up in that spot again right in the parking lot! Finally done… not just quite. I see swirl marks and burnt spots where it looks like they used a dirty buffing pad to finish my SUV and the clear coat is not clear looking. I am leaving it alone and bringing it to a detail shop to have them fix it. Horrible as I wanted to use a local place but I went for a so called «name brand» instead. Like my friends say, bigger places worry about quantity not quality. I will never use them again or any other Gerber.
