Gracie Humaita Cleveland

I’ve been training with Darren at Gracie Humaita Cleveland for about a month now. The class structure is extremely easy to follow and the instruction is very detailed. Darren shows his love for the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and his love for teaching what he has been taught. Hands down one of the best instructors, coaches, mentors, and friends anyone could ask for. The group of students is diverse and very welcoming. If you are interested in learning BJJ in Cleveland this is the place to be! Love and Chokes!

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our academy in Washington, D.C. and we were sure that we’d be disappointed by the jiu-​jitsu community when we moved to Cleveland. And we were for a little while. We tried 3 other academies before we got to Gracie Humaita CLE and we were instantly hooked. We didn’t bother trying anywhere else, because Darren and everyone else at Gracie Humaita made it clear from the start that this was our new place.
The instruction is always on point, the support is incredible and you will leave every class knowing more about jiu-​jitsu and about yourself. I can’t recommend Gracie Huimaita CLE enough. If you’re thinking about trying jiu-​jitsu or looking for a new place to train, this is it.
