The customer service was great! Very friendly. I went there for an oil change. They were a bit backed up and the oil change took about 2 hours but the manager/​worker on duty was apologetic about it.
The price was great and my car seems to be functioning fine.

I went in for a tire repair. I was able to set an appointment online and a coupon for my service was provided right along with my booking. They called a few minutes after I scheduled to confirm. I only dealt with a man at the front desk. He was extremely nice and professional. I actually overheard a conversation between a disgruntled customer and him and he was very patient and polite, answered all the customers questions. Got me out of there quickly. Great experience.

Came here for an oil change. Guy who checked us is was super friendly, even found a coupon for us that was cheaper than the price he originally quoted. Totally unnecessary on his part but greatly appreciated on our. Would definitely come back if we lived in the area.

This place is awesome, I took my car there with a leaky tire. Most places would not be as honest and fix the tire most would try to sell you a new tired. The two guys there don and ken. We’re so nice and honest.

My regular mechanic told me he was not doing side jobs any longer so I was concerned (to say the least) as to where to go for some much needed brake work on my Honda Accord. A long time ago a family friend/​mechanic told me to keep driving Hondas until they really told you they needed work … and my Accord was screaming at me.
Decided to stay local and went to Mr. Tire and was not disappointed. I had gotten tires there in the past but never had used them for repair work.
The store manager Ken Neitzel told me what I needed done … and the resulting repair has my car running great! Highly recommend them for tires, brakes and front end work. Ken will tell you, «I’ll take care of you» … and he did that for me! Car feels great now.

When catastrophe left us stranded, Mr. Tire and their dauntless manager Joe was there to pick up the pieces. Joe took all of our information over the phone, set me up with a gracious deal and a veterans discount and set his team upon our disabled car. The price was fair, the service was speedy and professional, and we were back on the road in quite the short order. Joe and his Mr. Tire staff are the folks to call when the chips and the tires are down. Call them with confidence.
