The pets in this store are kept relatively clean and seem healthy. Loads of stuff to buy for various pets from feathered wands (generally way too short to be real fun) for your cat to underwater snorkeling plastic Santas for your goldfish; often the stuff seems rather overpriced, but then again it is nice to see in front of you what you buy as opposed to online shopping.
They also offer cats for adoption through various local adoption groups, a Banfield Vet Clinic, Pet training classes and a Pet Grooming Center.
Some staff is extraordinary personal and friendly, some are possibly trying their best as they know it, yet should have better stayed in the used car sales business they seem to have worked at prior to this job. So it’s your lucky dip who you gonna be paired up with by Lady Luck, but then again: all life is like that, isn’t it?

I am a PetSmart fan! I love that you can bring your dog to shop with you and have them try things on if need be and the staff have always been friendly here. I also like that PetSmart does a lot of adoption and animal charities. Sometimes I can’t find the specific type of food my doggie is used to (Eukanuba Chihuahua breed specific) but my dog also eats bugs and poop so I’m pretty sure she doesn’t really care…

This is a great petsmart store — close to where i live and the staff are super helpful. They will check up on you and make sure you are doing ok. Esp. the staff at the fish section, super helpful and friendly. The store is a little small compare to other ones, so you may not be able to find a variety of stuff that you would want to purchase, but they have the basic stuff.

My dog absolutely loves coming here. You can tell as soon as you walk in the door how much the employees LOVE their job. Very clean store, excellent customer service! I love that they have walk in services for my dog and we NEVER have to wait! There are always staff available to assist and explain things to me about certain beams of food treats, etc.

It is nice to have a pet supply place in the neighborhood. Reasonable prices, good selection of items, some of which are difficult to find. Good addition to the shopping in the Cedar/​Warrensville area.

Very clean store! The staff is SO friendly with my dog. I brought her there for the first time and she was TERRIFIED when we walked through the door. Once an associate bent down, pet her and gave her a treat she felt right at home. Everyone that worked there stopped to give Farrah some love and they were helpful with training and food choices. I love this Petsmart!
