The average wait time in the drive-​through pharmacy runs about 30 minutes, so don’t think you can circumvent the pharmacy issues mentioned by the other reviewers that way, either. When we finally got someone to acknowledge us (after ringing the bell three times in 30 minutes), it was still a 10 minute wait before they got the prescription for us… even though we’d called ahead.

I’ve always had great service — but please make the store more presentable. The steel blinds are always down over the front windows, making the interior dark and the exterior uninviting. The interior lights are always half off, making it even more of a cavern inside.

Seattle, WA
Rarely can I get out of the pharmacy drive through quickly or without problems. They have two lines but they might as well have one. Many times they will not have prescriptions ready despite it being hours or a day after the confirmation that it is ready. Switched everything to CVS.
