Service King Collision Repair of West Ft Worth

Horrible Service had to take my car back six times, Even had to take to another location to get it fixed right. These Guys do not Car about their work. Horrible Customer service and crappy work. I wish i never took my car their.

We chose to use Service King to repair my car after an accident base on the dealer’s recommendation. After getting feedback from friends that Service King was not good, we got an estimate from an independent body shop rated highly in Angie’s List. That independent’s estimate was about $ 1K cheaper than Service King. However, we still moved forward with Service King with some hesitation and fingers crossed that everything would work out. Why? because the insurance adjuster had already put Service King’s info in our paperwork and I didn’t want to get that changed.
There is an Enterprise car rental on-​site and that made it convenient for me to get a rental car as soon as I dropped off my car. Service King has an online service tracker that tells you which stage your car is in but I did not use it. I did, however, receive periodic text updates from my service representative. In all it took three weeks to have my car repaired.
Upon picking up my car, I gave it an inspection and the paint job was pretty good. The color was smooth and a perfect match. It was a professional job. I did however have them take the car back and have them buff out a section that didn’t feel smooth to the touch — this took up more of my time, which I didn’t like. The other thing that bothered me is that they did a terrible job with the clean up after the work. Meaning, there was splatter on my taillight and door jam — not paint but some sort of primer or something; they cleaned this up with no problems but again more time invested on my side.
in the end, Service King is okay and they really did try to make me happy despite my grumblings.

I took my BMW in to repair some scratches on my hood on a Monday and by Wednesday morning the work was finished. The clear coat had to be removed and the damaged area had to be repainted. I was updated by email and text as to the status of my car. They did an excellent job.
