I really enjoyed my stay here. I needed a room for the night because I was not gonna be able to make it back to my apartment that same night due to limited public transportation so I searched Google and found them. At first I was hesitant, but the staff was very nice and professional and it’s nice and quiet there too. There’s also free cable and a Continental breakfast is available in the morning as well.

So I had to find a last minute hotel in Bell Gardens and I ended up here. I must say, I was a little surprised to read the bad reviews because my experience was so positive. After a little trouble with my reservation, I was upgraded for free to the King Suite which was awesome. Very clean and spacious. The woman behind the counter was incredibly nice and warm. Even when I accidentally locked myself out of my room in basically my underwear, she didn’t hesitate to help me out. It was a little noisy being close to such a big street, but I was thankful for the clean sheets and slept without any problems. I don’t foresee me having to stay in Bell Gardens again, but if I did I would probably stay here.

I let my mother convince me to stay here. First we called and we were given a different rate. The owner I presume, was on the phone and was very rude. We asked for an upstairs room and she said it so fast I had to go back and ask for the room number. When I went to my room, the TV had no channels, there is no wifi, THEREISNOPHONE, there is a sheet, not even the ones that wraps on the bed, on top of another«sheet» that has pubes and head hairs. The room smelled, there was only one towel, that wasn’t even large enough to dry my hair. One of the towels stained. It was so loud! I couldn’t go to sleep, until I gave in. For the next day I booked a room at the Sheraton in Cerritos… FORTHESAMEPRICE!!! I just felt like crying as soon as I walked in my room. DONOTWASTEYOURTIMEORMONEYHERE!

One towel per person… when I asked for more the next morning, woman at front desk said they didn’t have any clean towels. Sketchy area of town, loud street noises.

If I could, this hotel would get negative stars. We checked in on Friday around 3pm, went and did a little shopping, checked out by 7pm. I saw a roach crawling near the bathroom so I went downstairs to complain. The woman(I’m assuming the manager) gave me a can of Raid to fix the problem myself. Never once saying sorry, or offering to do it herself. She told me that because of the weather, they like to come up through the drains and that the rooms were sprayed the day prior. When I went back to kill the roach, I decided it might be a good idea to check the sheets, just in case. Sure enough! 2 roaches ran out into towards the headboard. I grabbed all of my belongings(having to check everything in the parking lot before I loaded them into my car) and demanded a refund. The girl at the counter was very nice and even said sorry, while her lazy manager sat in the background with her feet up on the sofa just relaxing and watching TV. I booked a suite at the Sheraton in Anaheim that night…5 stars there! Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here, disgusting!

Only gave one towel, no shampoo, two lights where out including the one in the bathroom, ice machine is pitiful, one tiny little trashcan, and didn’t give us the wifi password. We booked this hotel for two nights but seriously considering leaving after one.
